About ZenSounds
"This project was born from our dream of helping to build a new world, with more love, more peace and more harmony."
Zen Sounds is our second baby. We had a lot of requests from people that got to know Zen Babies and wondered if we also did other things besides music for pregnant woman and babies. Well, now we do!
Zen Sounds is born and will become our temple for anybody that wants to find inner silence, peace, harmony and some balance in the daily life. We will bring you music, sound, words, images and much more! Step right in!
The same fundaments apply to our vision of Zen Sounds as the ones explained in Zen Babies: a new approach to the use of sound and music, both acoustic and electronic, combined with ancient knowledge and the recent developments in Music Therapy researches - It’s bringing the best of both worlds together, East meets West and the circle is complete.
We are aware of the first rule of Nature "Nothing is lost, nothing is created, everything is transformed". Thus we will be open for all changes and apply them to our work. We don’t like to get stuck in rules, schools and closed visions. It is our belief that the best will come out through open dialog, and sharing ideas and visions. Everything IS, nothing more, nothing less.
In this early stage we are launching here the first Deep Relaxation cd made by Marc Requilé, and a Guided Meditation cd for home use from Marco Peralta... Lots more will come! Enjoy!

The next 4ht of February we will do an Aqua Sounds concert in the hotel Villa Termal in Monchique, in the 3rd of March we will be in the Banyan Tree Spa in Estoril.
During the 1 hour show, musician and creator Marc Requilé and his magical friend Nuno Reis guide us through a journey of etherial, charming and profound sounds, based on Sound Therapy.
Meanwhile the public floats freely in a hot water swimming pool.
Combining music with the deep relaxing effect of water and a magnificent light show we have as a result a unique and absolutelly overwhelming experience.

To recite Mantras, sound elements of Sanskrit, is a way to lift ourselves to a higher level of consciousness, to bring inner transformation and to give ourselves the power to attain our goals.

But we didn´t stop around the capital, as usual. We kept going down, and came all the way South. We are living near Loulé, fulfilling a long term dream and prophecy.
Marc will still be going back to Belgium every month to continue the work we started, the rest of the time we will be sharing our Sound in the Algarve and in some events around the Lisbon area which will always be published in our "Upcoming Events".
We feel very happy to be back! More news soon.
