Workshops Zen Babies – Fullmoon – For Pregnant Women

A journey through the universe of relaxing music, for future mothers in any moment of their pregnancy, with live music played by Marc Requilé, and relaxation exercises guided by Marco Peralta (Yoga teacher).
An experience of deep relaxation that fills up the future moms with feelings of well-being and harmony, and strengthens the emotional bonds between mother and baby.

Aqua Sounds - Relaxation Concert in the Water

The Aqua Sounds concert was based on the principles of Sound Therapy - sounds, tones and vibrations carefully chosen to cause good feelings, well-being and relaxing sensations. It´s a very special concert were people are invited to get in a heated swimming pool. Combining music with the deep relaxing effect of water, and a magnificent light show, the result is a unique and absolutely breathtaking experience. The music instruments used are unique in their character and subtlety of sounds, and take us on a hearing and sensitive journey to a magical world.

"intense", "intimate", relaxing", original" "absorbing", "free" and "unique", were just a few of the comments left by the guests that experienced our first concert.

Throughout the one hour show, musician and creator Marc Requilé and his magical companion Nuno Reis guide us in a journey of ethereal, charming and profound sounds, using instruments like the Guqin, Tibetan Bowls, Gongs, Udu, Pau-de-Chuva, Wind chimes and the Ting-Sha. Meanwhile the public floats freely in a hot water swimming pool that lights up in different colors, from mint-green to lilac, dark red and sky blue.
Although there is a storyboard, the perfect symbiosis existing between the two musicians allows them to play intuitively, which means that there will never be two concerts alike.

What will you be listening to?
The music instruments:
Guqin – It´s the most revered of all Chinese music instruments and it is more than 5 thousand years old. From the family of the zither, this 7 strings instrument has a great subtlety and refining. It is often referred to by Chinese as the "father of Chinese music".
Udu - Udu is a percussion instrument from Africa, created by the Igbo and Hausa people, in Nigeria. In its mother language, udu means "peace" or "vase". It´s played with the hands and has a bass, intense and profound sound.
Tibetan Bowls – They come from Nepal, India and Tibet, and they exist for more than 5 thousand years. Their profound vibration, resonance and overtones penetrate the human body, harmonizing the cells. The wonderful sound made by the Tibetan Bowls has an hypnotic effect on our brain, diminishing the brainwaves and inducing a state of deep relaxation and meditation.
Gong – The Chinese FENG GONG is an instrument in polished bronze, almost completely flat, that because of its radiant glow is often called "Sun Gong". It´s format allows the irradiation of sounds and strong vibrations. It is used to clean and re-energize a space, or a person.
Pau-de-chuva (rain stick) – With its origin in the indigenous cultures from the past, it´s a music instrument of percussion and rhythm that produces a sound similar to the rain. In some parts of the world it has a cultural meaning, being used for ceremonial purposes, but in others it´s just used as a music instrument.
Wind chime Earth – Wind chime tune to the frequency of our planet (194.18 Hz). Of dynamic character, it´s tones have a revitalizing and stimulating effect.
Ting-Sha – It´s small cymbals used in budist religious rituals by Tibetan Monks. Usually they are used in pairs, with a leather stripe attaching them, with exactly the same tone. They have a clear and distinct high sound.
Real soundscapes: whales, inside of the womb, heart, wind, forest.

Note from the composer:
All instruments where tuned to the 432Hz frequency, instead of the 440Hz frequency (the standard one) - this frequency, called Natural Tuning, is the frequency of the Universe, and is based on the principles of the Golden Cut, PHI, PHI and unifies the properties of light, time, space, matter, gravity and magnetism with biology, the DNA code and consciousness. The Natural Tuning of 432Hz has a profound effect on our consciousness but also on a cellular level in our body.
This was the tuning used in ancient times, and recently altered to 440Hz (in the last 200 years). By retuning our instruments and using concert pitch at 432 hertz instead of 440 hertz, your atoms and DNA will stars to resonate in harmony with the PHI spiral of nature.

Workshops Zen Babies – Little Star – For Babies between 0 and 1 year old, accompanied by one of the parents

A sharing experience between mom/dad and baby based on the Little Star cd, with live music played by the author, Marc Requilé. For 45 minutes the parent will perform with the baby deep relaxation exercises of Baby Yoga, guided by instructor Marco Peralta, stimulating both physical and affective bonds.

Because peaceful babies are happy babies!
